Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity and email us at info@urnsbyatemo.com

 

We will issue you a return note. Please return the urn, including ash bag and sealing clip, in original condition within seven days from date of delivery.

 

Please return the urn with all original packaging and in its original condition, including our delivery slip.

 

The urn will have to be returned at your risk and cost. Please allow 7-10 days for a refund.
